In order to qualify, you must be an admitted student that meets the FAFSA eligibility requirements.
Temple's FAFSA priority deadline for the 2020-21 financial aid year was March 1 for all undergraduate students. NOTE: Temple's FAFSA priority deadline has changed for the 2021-22 financial aid year to February 1st for all undergraduate students.
Types of Financial Aid
If you meet Temple's priority deadline by having a complete FAFSA application on file with Temple (family contribution calculated), you will be considered for the following financial aid if available funding exists:
- Federal Pell Grant
- Pennsylvania State Grant (if you are a resident of the state of Pennsylvania and have completed all requirements, see www.pheaa.org)
- Temple University Grant*
- Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant *
- Federal Direct Loan(s)
- Federal Work Study
