financial aid requirement Submission

COVID-19 Update: All Temple staff are currently working remotely and continuing to process financial aid related items. None of our physical offices are available to visit in person. Contact us by emailing sfs@temple.edu. During this time, most completed forms (wet or electronic signature is OK) must be sent via email to our office using TUSafeSend (in TUportal) which is a secure option for submitting documents. 

*If you are going through the Federal Verification process, due to the sensitive nature of tax documentation, only the Verification Worksheet may be submitted via email. All other Federal verification requirements (Federal IRS Tax return transcripts, W2 forms, etc.) must be uploaded through the SFS Dashboard found in the student's TUportal for security purposes.  

 

Review all financial aid requirements within the Costs & Aid tab of your TUportal account. Once you log into the Dashboard, the financial aid requirements will be easy to review and complete. There will be links to securely upload requested documents.  Google Chrome is the recommended browser for TUportal and the Dashboard.

Please do not submit the prior year's form to our office for the upcoming year. Undergraduate students interested in summer financial aid should review the Summer Financial Aid section of this website for more information.

Only Health Science Campus graduate students need to complete the HSC Graduate Enrollment form.
