financial aid requirement Submission

The Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) cannot accept forms sent via email. Please review below for more information.

  • Enrollment Forms - see the Office of the University Registrar for more information, https://registrar.temple.edu/verifications 
  • Scholarship Forms that require SFS Office completion- Call or Email SFS and we'll update your student account with a requirement that will allow you to directly upload the form via the SFS Channel within the Costs & Aid tab of your TUportal.
  • Scholarship Letters for information purposes - Call or Email SFS and we'll update your student account with a requirement that will allow you to directly upload the form via the SFS Channel within the Costs & Aid tab of your TUportal.

The majority of required forms must be uploaded through the SFS Dashboard found in the student's TUportal for security purposes. Review all financial aid requirements within the Costs & Aid tab of your TUportal account. Once you log into the Dashboard, the financial aid requirements will be easy to review and complete. There will be links to securely upload requested documents.  Google Chrome is the recommended browser for TUportal and the Dashboard.

Please do not submit the prior year's form to our office for the upcoming year. Undergraduate students interested in summer financial aid should review the Summer Financial Aid section of this website for more information.

Only Health Science Campus graduate students need to complete the HSC Graduate Enrollment form.
