Document Submission

Student Financial Services highly recommends students upload all signed and completed forms in the ‘Student Tools’ tab of their TUportal account. It is the most efficient and secure way to submit required documentation to our office. If you are unable to upload your completed documents please submit to the Student Financial Services campus you attend.

Please do not submit the prior year's form to our office for the upcoming year. Undergraduate students interested in summer financial aid should review the Summer Financial Aid section of this website for more information.

Only HSC graduate students need to complete the Graduate Enrollment form.
